About ME
I’m a family coach who believes parenting should make you more alive, not less.
With four kids ranging from 29 to 10, I’ve learned that the life I want to live with my children is the same life I want to live for myself—one rooted in curiosity, courage, playfulness, and growth.
I don’t believe in shrinking ourselves for our kids or treating childhood like a fragile bubble. My children have watched me navigate divorce, co-parenting, love, loss, and the creation of a blended family built on honesty rather than perfection.
This is fierce love—the kind that says, I trust you to meet life fully.
I’ve raised neurodivergent and neurotypical kids, strong-willed rebels, and sensitive souls. What I’ve learned is that when parents step into their own lives with awareness and support, children rise with them.
I’m here to help you parent without the bullshit—to trust your instincts, embrace the mess, and lead your family with steadiness, presence, and heart.
